A. private view  for the Loving Earth exhibition in the Crypt at St John’s Church, Waterloo, where it will be part of a series of Exploring Spirit events there this autumn.

This will be followed at 7pm by the screening of a film "Can I Live"  by  actor and activist Fehinti Balogun and Complicité, about the intersections of racial justice and climate justice. In a vital new digital performance about the climate crisis, Balogun shares his personal journey into the biggest challenge of our times.

We are hosting this screening in solidarity with UK Black History Month. Tickets are free (donations welcome), but we do require you to book for the film on Eventbrite

The evening’s schedule will be:

5:30pm: Welcome  and view the exhibition in (the Old Crypt*)

6pm: Speeches and snacks

6:30pm: Doors open for Can I Live? (main nave)

7pm: Screening begins, followed by an audience Q&A
