Space for Silence at St Johns Waterloo, with the Loving Earth exhibition

Come and go as you like. In the candlelit crypt you can meditate — or just breathe — as you choose. There’ll be resources for those who wish to use them, and chairs and bean bags . If you prefer to lie down you may want to bring a yoga mat.

The crypt will be open from 5.45 playing quiet music for those who wish to enter the peaceful space sooner and prepare for the silence which will begin at 6pm.

100 panels from  Loving Earth Project are currently on displaying the Old Crypt at St John’s and this will be an opportunity to reflect more deeply with them.
