13:30 -15:00 2022.04.05 35 Wimbledon Hill road , SW19  If you’d like to make a loving earth panel – be it your first or another one – and within reach of Wimbledon Library (hard by Wimbledon station), why not bring your work in progress, ideas, questions etc and join others in an informal chat while we work? All welcome. this won’t be a formal workshop, but we can all help one another. If you haven’t already done so please take a look at our Loving Earth Meditation and guidance on the Resources page of this website. | 6 | 7 - Panel making workshop at Falkland Estate, Fife
19:00 -21:00 2022.04.07  The first of two workshops to make a Loving Earth Panel We’ll start by sketching out a rough design on paper, then plan a texle panel (30×30 cm). It can be sewn, embroidered, felted, knied or crocheted – ideally using leover scraps and repurposed materials (bring whatever you have and there will be plenty available to share). No skills or experience are required, and help will be on hand if you need it. Workshop 1: Thursday 7th April, 7-9pm Workshop 2 is Thursday 21st April 7-9 pm.

10:00 -15:00 2022.04.14  This workshop will be held at Farfield Mill on Thursday 14th April 2022, 10am-3pm This workshop relates to the Lovingearth exhibition taking place at Farfield Mill and in shops in Sedbergh. It is an opportunity to make your own textile panel to join the Lovingearth exhibition at Grange over Sands following the Farfield and Sedbergh exhibitions. The day will introduce Lovingearth project and help participants to develop an idea and start to create a panel. Lots of resources will be provided but do bring sketch paper and crayons, scissors, sewing threads, pins and needles and any fabrics you would like to use. No experience needed. Led by Sue Tyldesley, a local textile artist. Drinks and lunch available in the Farfield Mill café. No charge but donations welcome. Please book via this Eventbrite link
