Breathe meditation with music, poetry and meditation at the Loving Earth exhibition in Waterloo
73 Waterloo Road London SE1 8TYThe Regular Breathe meditation sessions on Monday evenings invite reflection on spiritual writings from various traditions, and using music, poetry and silence to create space for contemplative connection with the spirit. This short service will follow a common format but each time, we’ll use different music, poems and readings and contemplative practices from various traditions.
100 panels from Loving Earth Project are currently on displaying the Old Crypt at St John’s and this will be an opportunity to reflect more deeply with them.
Register here and please aim to arrive at 5.45 to settle in before the meditation starts.
